Terms and Conditions

Our cancellation, amendment and no show policies will apply once your booking has been processed and confirmed by Hotel.

How much Advance do I pay and when?

After receiving credit card details and sending you confirmation Email we can anytime debit your Card by 1 night’s advance. Rest of the balance is charged at least 30 days ahead of check in date. If booking made less than 30 days preceding to check in date a complete amount is charged at one go.

How do I know if my hotel reservation is confirmed?

Once the room is confirmed, we will send you, by email, a confirmation voucher detailing all the reservation and price conditions. We invite you to make printout of this voucher to be kept and presented at the time of your check in. This email will include a voucher containing the dates and details of your reservation. Note that the voucher attached to the mail must to be kept until you arrive at the hotel.


Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 7 days or less before check in date :

We will charge a one night cancellation fee per room every booking.

If you cancel 8 days or more before check in date :

We will charge you a 10% cancellation fee for every booking.

Also to be informed that cancellation to be made through fax on +606 286 2277 or on the corresponding email ID : reservation@marveluxhotel.com ONLY otherwise no cancellation to be entertained.

We DO NOT ACCEPT cancellations over phone.

How about credit card Refunds?

Please note that refunds will be made in the form of a credit card to your account.

All credit card refunds will be processed in a timely manner. The refunds process is dependent on your billing cycle with the credit card company. Once the refunds instructions leave office it can take anywhere from 15-45 working days for the proceeds to arrive in your account.

 

Amendment Policy

If you amend your booking 7 days or less before check in date :

We will charge a one night amendment fee for every booking.

If you amend your booking 8 days or more before check in date :

We will charge you 10% amendment fee for every booking.

No Show Policy

If you have not cancelled your booking and do not check in (No Show) :

If you fail to check in at hotel, and you have not cancelled your booking, the hotel will impose a “no show” charge.
