  • Kuala Lumpur International airport (KLIA) / (KUL)
    o Distance: 88.00 MI/ 1138.0 KM NORTH WEST to Marvelux Hotel
    o Exit the KLIA, take the Johor Bahru/Seremban exit and proceed to North South Highway. Exit the Ayer Keroh Melaka toll and proceed to Pusat Bandar/ Melaka Raya. We are located along Jalan Syed Abdul Aziz.
  • Train:
    o Station Name: Tampin Railway Station.
    o Distance: 26.1 MI/ 42.0 KM SOUTH WEST to Hotel.
    o Taxi charge (one way): RM80.00 MYR
    o Follow the signboard of Alor Gajah towards South. About 30 minutes drive; look out for signage that indicates Melaka Raya. Marvelux Hotel is located along Jalan Syed Abdul Aziz.
  • Driving Instructions:
    o From North - use the North South-PLUS Highway and head South following the signage of Johor Bahru/Seremban. Exit at Ayer Keroh Melaka exit and follow signboard to Melaka Raya. Marvelux Hotel is located along Jalan Syed Abdul Aziz.
    o From South – use the North-South-PLUS Highway and head North towards Kuala Lumpur/Ipoh. From Johor Bahru, it will take about two and a half hour drive. Exit at Ayer Keroh Melaka exit and follow signboard to Melaka Raya. Marvelux Hotel is located along Jalan Syed Abdul Aziz.
    o From East – Use the Karak Highway and head towards Kuala Lumpur for about an hour drive. Then use the North South-PLUS highway and head South following the signage of Johor Bahru/Seremban. Exit at Ayer Keroh Melaka exit and follow signboard to Melaka Raya. Marvelux Hotel is located along Jalan Syed Abdul Aziz.
    o From West – Melaka state is situated on the South West of Malaysia. If heading to Melaka along the West Coast, using the coastal roads will provide breath-taking views.

B) Hotel Reservation:
1. How do I make a booking at Marvelux Hotel?
  • You can make a room booking online via our website at MarveluxHotel.com, by phone via our Reservation Department at +606-2818888 or by walk-in to the Hotel.

2. Can I make a booking on behalf of another person?
  • Yes, you can. You are required to key in Guest’s First Name, Guest’s Last Name/Surname and *IC/Passport Number, contact number, adrress when making a booking. The Guest will need to present a valid ID during check-in.

3. Can I make a booking on behalf of another person but pay for it with my own credit card?
  • Yes, you can.

4. Can I book without a credit card?
  • Yes, please make full payment in cash to our bank account.

  • Subsequently, forward us a copy of the bank-in slip as evidence of payment for our records, via fax/email.

5. Can I check in if the booking is under someone else’s name?
  • No, only the person whose name and valid ID sated in the booking confirmation will be allowed to check in.

6. If I am making a booking for one room for 2 persons, do I need to provide both names?
  • No, you only need one name. The person named in the booking must be present during the check in.

7. How do I check if I have a successful booking?
  • You will receive a confirmation/reservation reference number upon successful booking with full payment and valid credit card detail.

8. Must I print out my booking reservation?
  • It is advisable to print out your booking reservation for reference and easy check in at the Hotel. If you don’t have a print out of your reservation, please confirm your reservation details at the Reception Desk and provide your identification.

9. In what currency do I pay for my stay at the Hotel?
  • Payments should be in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit)

10. Can I cancel my booking?
  • Cancellation Policy:
  • If you cancel 7 days or less before check in date :
    We will charge a one night cancellation fee per room every booking.
  • If you cancel 8 days or more before check in date :
    We will charge you a 10% cancellation fee for every booking.
  • Also to be informed that cancellation to be made through fax on +606 286 2277 or on the corresponding email ID : reservation@marveluxhotel.com ONLY otherwise no cancellation to be entertained.
  • We DO NOT ACCEPT cancellations over phone.

11. How do I cancel my booking?
  • Log on to www.marlveluxhotel.com
  • Key in your email and password and click Login.
  • Choose the reference number you would like to cancel and click Cancel Selected Booking or call the Reservation Department.

12. Does Marvelux Hotel offer refunds?
  • Marvelux Hotel does NOT provide any refunds.

13. What should I prepare when check-in?
  • Guests are required to present proof of identity (NRIC/Passport).

14. How can I book for connecting rooms?
  • Connecting rooms are not available at all rooms. (only available for Superior Room - 1 King sized bed )
  • You may request for connecting rooms at the Front Desk during check-in and it is subject to availability,

15. Can I change my room type upon check-in?
  • No, you can’t. Since you have made full payment for the room, no changes can be made to your booking including changing of room type.

C) Hotel Check-in time/check-out time:
1. What is the earliest time I can check-in?
  • The earliest time you can check-in is after 3.00pm.

2. What is the latest time I can check-out?
  • The latest time you can check out is 12.00noon on the check-out date.

  • Yes, Mar'cious Cafe & Dining offers a variety of specially prepared local and international cuisine.

3. Is there Internet access in the Hotel?
  • Complimentary WiFi in-room and lobby area.

4. Do the rooms have en-suite bathrooms?
  • Yes, all the rooms have en-suite bathrooms equipped with power showers.
  • Bidet.

5. Are the rooms air-conditioned?
  • Each room is equipped with one 1½ hp individually controlled air-conditioning unit.

6. Does the Hotel provide additional or have extra beds available?
  • Yes, the Hotel does provide extra beds chargeable at RM65.00 nett per bed per night. However, extra beds are in limited quantity thus are subject to availability.

7. Does the Hotel provide towels, soaps, shampoo etc?
  • Yes, towels, soap and shampoo are provided in the rooms.

8. Is there room service in the Hotel?
  • The Marvelux Hotel operates a limited service concept. Hence, there is no room service available.

9. Do the Hotel rooms come with a telephone, television, radio, safe, and mini-bar?
  • Yes, 32” LCD TV, Astro Satellite TV channel and radio via Astro channels.
  • Only Family Suite rooms come with mini-bar.
  • Complimentary use of safe deposit boxes available at Front Desk.( subject to availability)

10. Do the Hotel rooms come with tea and coffee making facilities?
  • A set of assorted beverage sachets that includes sugar and creamer.
  • Request for additional beverage sachets,sugar and creamer will be charged accordingly.
  • Tea – RM3.00 nett per sachet
  • Coffee – RM3.00 nett per sachet
  • Drinking water – RM2.00 nett per bottle.

11. Do the rooms have windows?
  • All rooms have windows and balcony.
  • with a spectacular view straits of Melaka and the business hub.

12. Are there electrical power points in the rooms?
  • Yes, there is at least 2 electrical power points available in the room.

13. Do I have to clean my room? Is there housekeeping services?
  • No, housekeeping services are provided on a fixed schedule.

14. Can I smoke in the Hotel rooms?
  • No, Marvelux Hotel is a non-smoking Hotel.
  • You are not permitted to smoke anywhere within the building.

15. Can children stay unaccompanied in the Hotel?
  • No, and by children we mean anyone under the age of eighteen (18) years of age.

16. Are guests allowed in the Hotel/rooms?
    cYes, guests are allowed in the Hotel in the company of the Hotel guests.

  • Yes, each room comes with complimentary buffet breakfast.
  • Buffet breakfast is served daily 7.00am - 10.00am at the hotel-owned Mar'cious Cafe & Dining.

2. What are the beds like in the rooms?
  • Superior Double – 1 King sized bed.
  • Superior Twin – 2 Super Single sized beds.
  • Deluxe Room – 1 King & 1Super Single sized bed.
  • Family Suite – 2 King sized beds.
